EN1/4330/2012 Completion Certificate No.EC/North/ 143/2012 dated 24-07-2012. In corporation property tax details say that date of completion 30.9.2012, tax effective from 30.9.2012. Karthick chidambaram wife mrs.Dr. srinidhi constructed ninth floor without plan permission from CMDA. CMDA has given planing permission for constructing only for 29,695 sq.ft but they constructed 39,384 sq.ft in in Old Door No.828 828A, New No.268 268A, Poonamallee High Road, chennai. K.RAMESH (POA) FOR DR.VASANTHI RANGARAJAN DR.SRINIDHI KARTI CHIDAMBARAM No.11, Muktha Garden Avenue, Spur Tank Road, Chennai-31,Construction of Basement Floor Part Stilt Floor First Floor to 8th Floor Office Building in Old Door No.828 828A, New No.268 268A, Poonamallee High Road, R.S.No.3125/2 3125/6, Block No.51 of Purasawalkam Village for construction 29,695 sq.ft(2758.76 sq.m).date of plan approval 09.04.2012, file no.03/17741/2010. kindly take necessary against officials for 1. issusing completion certificate without verification building 2. for not step for demolishing unauthorized construction 9th floor.

Reply	Accepted. Similar petition. It is informed that the site was inspected with reference to the approved plan and found that there is no 9th Floor was constructed in the building. However, on further examining with respect to Completion Certificate and Development Regulations, further actions will be taken as per the Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
