Reply	Accepted. It is informed that during Inspection, there was no approved plan aprovided for the building mentioned in the petition. Hence, a stop Work Notice / Notice calling approved plan in Notice No.A-611 was issued on 11.12.2013, requesting to produce a copy of approved plan in original for verification and if no approved plan will be produced to CMDA within 3 days from the date of this notice further Enforcement action will be taken under sec.56 and 57 of Town and Country Planning act 1971. (Grievance Cell, CMDA).
