at TNSCB does not made agreement for above CIS with lesser.

Grievancein chennai-78, mgr nagar, kottambbam street, door no.28 there was cottage industrial shed (CIS) constructed by the Tamilnadu slum clearance board was rented to Mrs. S.Ramani w/o R. savariappan, residing at no.3, Oomathurai street, mgr nagar, chennai-78 in the year 1997, for runing wooden furniture industry. PIO, TNSCB, in RTI reply letter no. E8/2029/dt 15.02.2012 informed me, at presently above CIS was manufacturing bakery items. Lesser was violated terms and coniditions of 5(i). In year 2011, F.Steela estate officer-8, TNSCB has given NOC (093/E/E.O.8/11 dt 02.03.11) for getting water and sewer connection. In NOC mention that land was allotted given lease and SALE for allottee Mrs. RAMANI. Lesser has got water and sewer connection in her name ( not in the name of chairman, TNSCB). lesser S.Ramani has informed in her indemnity bond to CMWSSB, that she had constructed a building in the above CIS. TNSCB, Estate office-8, in case no. 5160/enquiry/c/2011 dt of enquiry 19.11.2012 by tamilnadu state information comission informed that TNSCB does not made aggreement for above CIS with lesser. But Lesser has submitted lease agreement copy dated 01.7.1997 (9 pages) to CMWSSB for getting new connection. kindly take necessary action against offical 1.offical of TNSCB not made aggremeent with lesser. 2.offical of metro water not verify records submitted by s.Ramani for getting new water and sewer connection. 3.cancel leasse allotment for for runing wooden furniture industry at presently without permission from TNSCB.

ReplyC.I SHED ALLOTTED TMT. RAMANI FILE NO.E3/44335/89 DT.26.2.90. AND AGREEMENT TO RUNNING THE FURNITURE SHOP. THE AGREEMENT GIVE AT 11 MONTHS RAMANI RUN THE FURNITURE SHOP. THE BOARD NOT GIVE NEW ALLOTMENT FOR RUNNING C.I.SHED.TMT.RAMANI SAIDTHAT THE FURNITURE SHOP IS GOING TO LOSS. SO NOW SHE STATED THE BAKERY AND SHE PAID C.I SHED RENT REGULARY. AS PER THE BOARD RULE THE ALLOTEE PAID TILL DATE RENT AND GET NOC. THE NOC PRODUCED ESTATE OFFICER IS RETIRED. THE PETITIONER COMPLIED THE DRAINAGE AND WATER CONNECTION FROM CONCERN DEPARTMENT .
