Estate officer -8 was retired recently, Board can take necessary action against the RTD Estate officer mrs. Stella was issued NOC without striking word of SALE of cottage industrial shed (CIS). Electricity has been used by TENANT S.RAMANI in CSI, TNEB CONSUMER NO. 0928601336, she changed current tarif from cottage industry (LM3B) to domestic purpose (LA1A) from 25-02-2006 . i filed RTI application in month of june 2011, requested copy of current consumption card. after my rti application, domestic tarif supply was converted to commerical (LM51) from 27.08.2011.Estate officer - 8, some of the TNSCB officials and MD of TNSCB hidding the true. they were not worked for the welfare of TNSCB. kindly cancel the rental agreement.please allot above and other cottage industrial shed in mgr nagar for the ration shops, police station for R-10, M.G.R.NAGAR, or sub register office, presently these are runing in high rental value in private building.
