Grievance	Dear Chief Minister, make compulsory/ mandatory DNA test for new born babies( not mother or father). compulsory Aadhaar number of mother ( not father or optional ) and DNA test report number to be entered in Birth certificate by public authority. Children missing or stealing can be control in tamilnadu,India. one day lost children will know about his mother by using DNA test report number.
