Grievance	on 07.06.2014, i received threaten letter by rgd post from G.SUMATHI, NO.16, nehru street, charles nagar, pattabiram, chennai-72 . she asking for settlement, if i refuse or not paid settlement she will come house. This letter was regd in the post office of high court building, chennai, on 06.06.2014 around time12.34.13. This is because i made complaint/ exposed scam/ irregularity regarding chennai high court judges availing perquisites like rent free bungalow, mazador, unlimited electricity, ,availing are not added in they income as per income tax sec 17(2) and paying professional tax. Last week nearly seven nos my complaint letter regarding judges of chennai high court has been forwarded to Registar of chennai high court from the dept of justice, delhi for necessary action. kindly investigate and take necessary against G.SUMATHI, NO.16, nehru street, charles nagar, pattabiram, chennai-72 and other person behind her. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=4283380619114set=pcb.4283381939147type=1theater

Reply	ACCEPTED ENQUIRY REVEALS THAT, AFTER ENQUIRY PETITIONER DID NOT COOPERATING FOR ENQUIRY. SUMMON SERVED TO THE PETITIONER BUT HE DIDNOT ATTEND FOR ENQUIRY. IN THE GIVEN ADDRESS NOBODY IN THE NAME OF SUMATHI (COUNTER PETITIONER). THAT AREA PEOPLE WERE ENQUIRED IN THE GIVEN ADDRESS POKKISAM IS LIVING 30 YEARS. PETITIONER GIVEN A WRONG ADDRESS.
