G/PIO/3605/2014 DT 19.3.2014) kindly issue notice to stop work and for the demolition constructing unauthorised AND ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION.

Reply	Rejected. It is informed that the PPA was returned unapproved in file No.C3/4647/2012 dt. 12.10.12 based on the appeal made by the applicant under Sec.79 is pending before the Government for decision. Also, the Government in H and UD Dept., in their letter No.13502/UD-I/11-3 dt.10.09.2012 informed that based on the request to withdraw the appeal by the applicant in his letter dt.22.08.2012, the appeal u/s 79 of TN and T and CP Act 1971 for the above mentioned property has been accepted by the Government. A notice calling for appd plan was issued in notice No.ES2/18460/12-5 dt.03.12.2012. Now, the applicant submitted PPA in CMDA and the same is under process in file No.C4/371/13. (CMDA, GC)
