Grievance	For my online complaint no. 2013/725085/WN dated 03.04.2013 regarding in chennai-83, new division no. 138, new zone no.10,Sathya murthy block areacreated by approved layout. in approved layout of sathyamurthy block some area were alloted for public purpose like OSR, park, community center, religious place, etc.,at presently park land was encroached. COMMISSIONER of coronation replied Zone-X, Div-138 Sathyamurthy Block regarding OSR land at Guruvayur street not handed over to Corporation of Chennai. The OSR land is till under the control of Housing Board only. After handing over are OSR land to Corporation of Chennai development will be carried out Corporation of Chennai. Kindly advice Tamilnadu housing Board and SATHYAMURTHY Cooperative housing society Limited (JJ NO.407) , Chennai-83 to handover the OSR land in Sathya murthy Block layout, near by area to corporation of Chennai immediately.

Reply	Accepted. The petitioner has been informed that, the proposal for handing over of OSR land in Sathiyamoorthy Block at Jafferkhanpet Scheme was been submitted to the Board for approval. After getting approval from Board office, the OSR in Sathiyamurthy Block will be handedover to Corporation of Chennai. vide lr.No.KKNS/2717/84 dt. 6.6.2013
