Grievance	today 15th march 2014, around 10.30a.m i and my wife went to the ration shop no. LC026, m.g.rnagar-1,m.g.r.nagar, chennai-78 the officer refused to put the bill and to give civil supplies items like sugar stating that he was going to meeting.he said already closed putting bill around 10.0a.m itself. he asked us to come another day. kindly take necessary against him for putting bill and not supplying items. kindly take necessary against official for conducting meeting during distribution hours.

Reply	The petitioner was enquired. He said that he went to the concerned shop at 10.30 AM on 15.3.2014, the shop keeper told that the bill was closed and come tomorrow. At 12.30PM on 15.3.2014, the shop was inspected by the Area Superintendent. The concerned shop keeper also stated that he is giving all the commodities at 12.30 PM daily and the petitioner always came after 12.30 and argued to get the commodities. But the petitioner has bought all the essential commodities every month without fail. Hence the complaint is not true, Vide Assistant Commissioner, Saidapet Zone letter No. A2/17/2014, dated: 17.4.2014.
