Reply	Accepted: The petitioner has been informed by the Executive Engineer KK Nagar Division vide Lr.No.KKN/B-7/1127/14 dated 16.10.14 that the site has been Inspected and found that the owner of plot No.T-208 Thiru.Murugesan has encroached the extra land over is plot erea. Hence notice was served to the encroacher Thiru. Murugesan to vecat the encroached area and if not vecat the TNHB will evict the at the cost of encroacher. The above fact was informed to the petitioner vide Lr.No.KKND/B-7/1127/14 dated 16.10.14
