SUB - under the right to information act 2005 sec 6 (1).

REF- SETTLEMENT DEED DOCUMENT ON 1685 OF 2008.

I am here with enclosing a copy of registered settlement deed; bearing no 1685 of 2008 dated 7th may 2008 in favour of my self, the deed contain Seven pages. I may be informed under the right to information act 2005 the following.

I may be informed the total amount of sub division fees & stone value to be remitted by me together with the information such as head of account; under which the remittance to be made.

The office or the bank at which the sub division fee to be remitted by me be informed.

I may be clarified weather the sub-division fees may be remitted through demand draft. If so please inform me the authority on whose name the DD has to be drawn.

I may be informed the time limit with in which, the order on the sub-division application has to be made by the respective Taluka office.

I am here with affixing the court fee stamp of Rs 10/-(rupees ten only), as the fees for RTI.
