Under the Right to Information Act, 2005 sec 6(1), I request you to kindly furnish the following information: at the earliest:

No of officers and employees who applied for permission to purchase immovable properties for the period from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008 in Income Tax Department, Chennai, Please give the list of name, designation and office address

No of officers and employees who were not permitted to enter into such transaction for the period from 1st Jan 2006 to Dec 2008 in Income Tax Department, Chennai, Please give the list of name, designation and office address.

No of officers and employees who purchased plots/residential properties worth more than Rs. 20 akhs along with details of their sources of income, name, designation and office address for the period from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008 in Income Tax Department, Chennai.

The list of officers and employees who did not purchase plots/residential properties even after getting the permission from Income Tax Department, Chennai.
