Sub: Right to information Act 2005 section 6- certain information
Requested - regarding.

Under the right to Information Act 2005 section 6,I request the following information.

1.Whether new LPG domestic connection is available now? Did the SAI CHITRA AGENCY in M.G.R.Nagar also giving new LPG connection domestic?

2.If “NO” means when it was stopped? For what reason?

3.When you will be giving new connection, how do I know issuing of the new connection?

4.What are the documents needed for getting new connection (LPG Domestic)?

5.If a person does not have a ration card or bank pass book, what are the other document can produce for getting new connection?

6.Whether new connection can be given for a single man or woman (Bachelors)?

7.How many days after I get new connection from the date of Registered. What is the maximum & minimum days limit. If it crosses the maximum days to whom should I contact apart from the distributor?

8.While getting new connection, whether I have to buy a LPG Gas stove or Rubber hose or hot plate from the distributor only or I can buy from outside also.
9.After one or two years distributor again asking for the ration card, if i am not applied for ration card any other document I can produce? what are other document can I produce? why distributor asking for ration card?


10.What is minimum time for booking new refill cylinder from date of new refill cylinder delivered for a single cylinder holder & double cylinder holder?

11.When I will get the new refill cylinder from the date of booking. What are the
Maximum & minimum days?

12.After the maximum days to whom I want to complaint apart from the distributor.

13.Every time for refill booking whether I have to produce the ration card to
distributor. If they are asking every time to whom should I want to complaint?

14.whether I can book through phone for refill service. If the distributors ask the person for booking every time to whom should I want to complaint?

15.Whether I have to pay any extra amount to the delivery boy apart from bill amount. If he asks to whom should I want to complaint.

16.If there is any debate will be given, if I collect the new refill cylinder from the distributor office or from the godown?

17.How it is possible in black market immediate delivery of new refill cylinder by paying extra amount.

18.If domestic cylinder is issued for commercial purpose. To whom should I want to complaint apart from local police station? Whether any debate or reward will be given to complaint person?

19. a).why the price of rubber tube is difference in distributor and local market for same brand?

b),What is price fixed by the u? what action will be taken against the distributor if selling above price fixed by u.?

20. How do Indian tea stall and Thirnelveli sweet stall in K.K.salai MGR nagar getting domestic cylinder ?

3. Please give names of field officer and the mobile numbers of LPG?

5. whether the mobile and sim card of field officer are given by the government ?

6. whether the mobile usage bill has been paid by the government?

7. How many LPG distributors are there in Chennai?

8. Give the names of LPG distributors in Chennai and their field officer names ?

9. whether salary to the field officer of LPG is given by government or by the LPG distributor?

10. Give the address of central vigilance officer and the mobile number?

11. Give the name , address, mobile number of CID central civil supplies?
