rti application for CMDA for unauthorised construction

Under the Right to information Act 2005 in Sec.6 kindly furnish the following informations.

1.CMDA collecting regularisation charges, Development charges,OSR charges along with the interest. Are they collecting the above fees uniformly in cities, panchayat Municipalities, etc..Give me a guide line book for the above charges.
2.After collecting the above fees are they providing facilities to the respective areas?
Define what are the facilities provided?
3.Get me the details from June 2003 to June 2008 how much you have collected the above fees month wise, area wise.
4. How much you have spent after collecting the above charges from the above period. Give me details area wise.
5.Are you honest that you are collecting the above charges from all the people?
6.How many CMDA officials violated the rules and constructed their own houses? Pl. furnish the names of CMDA officials with their adressess whether they violated or not deviated the rules of CMDA.
7.How Many Panchyat Boards violated the building rules? What action have been taken by CMDA? 99% of the public are not happy over the performance of CMDA..What is the reaction of the present Government?
8. Is there any rule to punish the CMDA officials those who are violated/deviated constructions even of their own houses? They should set an example for others. Are they?
9. What is the role of Vigilance Dept. towards the CMDA's officials?
10.Can you suspend all higher Officials of CMDA those who are violated the rules and do favour for certain people for their own benefit? Can you not stop in paying pension too of erring officials?
11.In Kottiwakkam Panchyat some people are misusing the OSR land by constructing the temple and collecting money from the public. At what basis the temple was constructed in OSR land? In Natco colony it has happened. Are you aware of it?
12.What action has been taken on Panchyat board President of Kottiwakkam for the Violation? Can you not sent the report to the Vigilance Dept.,?
13. Temples are constructed near the road sides/ Centre of the roads with E.B. connection. At what basis the temples are constructed? How The CMDA kept mum?
14. How many temples are in Chennai city,Kanchipuram District&Tiruvallur District? Most of the people are misusing by collecting donations. Are you aware of it? How many people have been those who are violating the CMDA's rules by constructing the temples? Is there any rule to relocate the temples where there is traffic?
15.Is there any co-ordination between HR&CE &CMDAwith regard to construct the temples?
I have affixed the court fees stamp for Rs.10/- to get the information.

This is only a draft. Can you please correct and if any questions to be raised that may be included in this draft and I request you kindly to suggest me more things to penalise the CMDA higher officials?
