Sub: Under the Right to Information Act 2005, Sec 6(1), for transparent
Administration – Certain Information requested – Regarding

1) I may kindly be furnished a xerox copy of the application, enquiry records , statement or report of VAO’s & RIs, Office note, sanction orders etc., , inrespect of the persons to whom OAP., Widow pension, Agrl. pension, PHP , were sanctioned during the period from 01-10-2008 to 31-01-2009., in Vellore Taluk Office.

2) I may kindly be supplied a copy of the sanction proceedings for the Distress Relief Orders sanctioned, in Vellore Taluk Office, during the above period.

3 ) A copy of the computerised list showing the name address of the individuals, to whom Old Age Pension(OAP)., Widow pension, AGRL pension, PHP , were being sent during period from 01-10-2008 to 31-01-2009.

A court fee stamp for Rs.10/- being the fee for this RTI APPLICATION is affixed.
