requested –regarding.

Under section 6(1) of the right to information Act, 2005, I request the following information.

1. a).What should be the Minimum distance between from wine shop to School or Temples or hospital ?
b).whether u will measure from the boundary(compound wall) or from the entrance of premises?
c).whether your following as per the Government norms before opening TASMAC wine shop?

2. a).How many wines shop there in MGR Nagar, k.k.nagar, and Jafferkhanpet?
b).Please give shop number with area wise (MGR Nagar, k.k.nagar, and Jafferkhanpet)?

3. a).Who inspected the place of wine shop no.625 before opening?
b). what is his designation? C). what is his name? d)how long he is in the service?

4. a). During inspection what is the distance between MGR NAGAR Government higher secondary school and TASMAC wine shop N0.625?
b). when it was inspected?
c).Give copy of inspection report or recommended letter for wine shop no. 625?

5. a).Now, what is the distance between MGR NAGAR Government higher Secondary school entrance to wine Shop No.625 in govindasamy Street, mgr nagar chennai-78?
b).whether It is under the minimum distance?
c). If yes Means, when you will close the wine shop on or before?
d). whether the wine shop came nearer to school or school came nearer to wines shop ?

6. what is the purchase price of beer, brandy, whisky from manufacture?

7. a).what is the selling price of beer, Brandy and whisky(revised price as on 01-1-2008)?
b). In wine shop, whether beer will be sold in cold condition or as is it?
c).Why wine shop person charging extra Rs. 2/- per bottle of cold beer?
d).whether they have separate energy meter?
e).Whether they paying separate electricity charges to Tamilnadu electricity board?

8. How do check the quality of beer, Brandy and whisky?

9. If your testing in the labarotory, whether lab as been certificified by which body(NABL,TUV)?

10. Why most bars not maintaining neatness and cleanness? Since it is a government bar?

11.Who is the responsible person to maintain cleanness in bar?

12. what is the address of Appellate Authority (RTI) of Tasmac?

13. when did TASMAC website updated last?

14. How many months once you will update the website?

15. a).what is the email id of head of Tasmac? Whether you will accept the complaint through email? Whether you will take action if the complaint was send by email? After taking necessary whether you will intimate to complainter through email? Whether tasmac department follows Shu-Mito policy?
b). why not given about RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005 in your website TASMAC?
C). Why not given name and address of Public Information officers and Appellate Authority for TASMAC in website?
d). Mention date on or before you will arrange detail of PIO in our website?

16. what is the phone number to make complaint? Whether you will give complaint number to complainter?

17. Give the mobile number of special squad or wing for tasmac?

18. a).In bar why they are selling side dishes, Glasses(plastic) water packets, water bottle and cool drinks etc more than MRP and twice the amount of outside purchase? b).Whether you have control on bar price or not ?
