Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly provide me the following information.

SUBJECT MATTER OF INFORMATION.

(1) Advocate Mr.Manikandan’s complaint against Chennai (North) DCDRF President Mohandoss & another dated 30.12.11.

(2) Complaint of advocate Ms.Vijayalakshmi against Chennai (North) DCDRF President Mohandoss.

INFORMATION SOUGHT.

1. Provide the day to day action taken on the said 2 complaints alongwith a certified extract of the file movement register.

2.Roughly by what deadline is the mandatory enquiry under rule 7 (5) (e) of the Consumer Protection Rules 1988, likely to conclude ?

3. Why have no steps been taken to place the said Mohandoss under suspension as requested, and what is the legal impediment to suspending him, given the fact that the allegations are of a very serious nature, and the contract killers & accused led by the Kanchi Shankaracharya are mighty powerful ?

4. Why has suspension not been imposed, considering the fact that he continues to violate all statutory provisions including regulation 9 (1) & (2) of Consumer Protection Regulations 2005, and in addition violating section 12 of the CPA 1986 and adjourning the case bearing SR No 871/11, claiming that there is no coram, whereas coram is not required vis-à-vis section 12 of CPA 1986 ?

Please find affixed fee of Rs. 10/-, towards application fee.

Thanking You,

Gopalakrishnan
