NOTE: i filling this complaint to President of India because I filed online RTI application in the month of April 2023 to  Public information officer (PIO) of DOP&T, Home Affair, Lokpal commission, Central vigilance commission, Central Administrative Tribunal, MOENF and MOEAF to furnish the name of competent authority, address, email id, to make complaint about All India Service Officer not furnishing information/ concealing / hiding about immovable property in their names/ spouse/ dependent family members in they annual immovable Property Returns submission, Public information officer (PIO) of DOP&T, Home Affair, Lokpal commission, Central vigilance commission, Central Administrative Tribunal, MOENF and MOEAF informed no information available. so I filling complaint to you.

1. Kindly inform me or supply copy regarding to make complaint (the name of competent authority, address, email id.) about all India Service Officer not providing complete or not disclosing full information details like name of Khasra No., village/city, taluk, sub-division, district in which property is situated (full location & postal address) of immovable property in their names, spouse, dependent family members in they annual IPR submission.

 

2. Kindly inform me or supply copy regarding to make complaint (the name of competent authority, address, email id.) about All India Service Officer not providing complete or not disclosing full information details like name & Details of property (description) of immovable property in their names, spouse, dependent family members in they annual IPR submission.

Kindly inform me or supply copy regarding to make complaint (the name of competent authority, address, email id.) about All India Service Officer not providing complete or not disclosing full information details like How acquired whether by purchase, lease, mortgage inheritance, gift or otherwise with date of acquisition and name with details of person(s) from whom acquired of immovable property in their names, spouse, dependent family members in they annual IPR submission.

 

6. Kindly inform me or supply copy regarding to make complaint (the name of competent authority, address, email id.) about All India Service Officer not providing complete or NOT disclosing full information details like a). Annual income from property B). REMARKS of  immovable property in their names, spouse, dependent family members in they annual IPR submission.

 

7. From sl.no. 1 to sl.no 6 inform or supply certified copy states that the Indian penal code (IPC), Lokpal Act/ prevention of corruption Act, etc.,

 

NOTE : please do not forward to this RTI application to Public information officer of DOP&T, Home Affair, Lokpal, CVO, CAT, MOENF AND MOEAF because they already informed that i requested information not available with ministry, department.
