Reply	The petitioner was enquired. He said that he went to the concerned shop at 10.30 AM on 15.3.2014, the shop keeper told that the bill was closed and come tomorrow. At 12.30PM on 15.3.2014, the shop was inspected by the Area Superintendent. The concerned shop keeper also stated that he is giving all the commodities at 12.30 PM daily and the petitioner always came after 12.30 and argued to get the commodities. But the petitioner has bought all the essential commodities every month without fail. Hence the complaint is not true, Vide Assistant Commissioner, Saidapet Zone letter No. A2/17/2014, dated: 17.4.2014.

This is because i made complaint/ exposed scam/ irregularity regarding chennai high court judges availing perquisites like rent free bungalow, mazador, unlimited electricity, ,availing are not added in they income as per income tax sec 17(2) and paying professional tax.
