Sub: Under the Right to Information Act 2005, sec 6(1) . I request you to furnish information about family members and movable and immovable assets of Shri. Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamilnadu.

1. kindly inform whether there is any conduct rules for Governors . If so kindly supply copy of it.

2. kindly inform whether there is any conduct rules for Chancellor for university, Tamilnadu. If so kindly supply copy of it.

3. Kindly inform whether movable and immovable assets of Shri. Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamilnadu and his family was submitted from 03/11/2004 to 15/08/2011.

4. Kindly supply copy of a present movable and immovable assets of Shri. Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamilnadu and his family members.

5. Kindly inform name of family member residing with Shri. Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamilnadu. and relationship to Governor from 3rd November 2004 to date.

6. Kindly inform is there is any Law/ Act/ Government notification/ Government order/court order /any orders/ by president of India office stating that Tamilnadu Governor (office) secretariat has given exemption from Forwarding RTI application as per sec 6(3) of RTI Act. to any other public authority if rti applicant sought some information about other Public authority. B). If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

7. Kindly inform whether Governor of State, Organisation / company of Governor can take part in concern state govt tender or supply any software/ hardware/surveillance camera/ materials to govt University/ state government office/ govt college/police department/any public authority of state when he was Governor of the concern State. If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

8. Kindly inform whether Governor of State, Organisation / company of Governor son can take part in concern state govt tender or supply any software/ hardware/ surveillance camera/ materials to govt University/ state government office/ govt college police department/any public authority of state when he was Governor of the concern State. If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

9. Kindly inform whether Governor of State, Organisation / company of Governor family member can take part in concern state govt tender or supply any software/ hardware/ surveillance camera/ any materials to govt University/ state government office/ govt college/ police department/any public authority of state when he was Governor of the concern State. If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

10. Kindly inform whether Governor of State, Organisation / company of Governor close friend can take part in concern state govt tender or supply any software/ hardware/ surveillance camera/ any materials to govt University/ state government office/ govt college/ police department/any public authority of state when he was Governor of the concern State. If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

11. Kindly inform whether Governor of State, one of the Managing Director of Governor son company can take part in concern state govt tender or supply any software/ hardware / surveillance camera/ any materials to govt University/ government office/ police department/ Govt College/ any public authority of state when he was Governor of the concern State. If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

12. Kindly inform whether Governor of State, one of the Managing director (A) of Governor son company (X) and he (A) is full time Managing Director and other company (Y) can take part in concern state govt tender or supply any software/ hardware/ surveillance camera/ any materials to govt University/ state government office/ govt college/ police department/ any public authority of state when he was Governor of the concern State. If yes means, kindly supply copy of it.

If any information not available, kindly forward to concern office/department as per sec 6(3)of RTI Act.
