Ref: Allottee name : DHAYANITHI S/o of M.K.ALAGARI a plot was alloted in the
Sholinganallur village, plot area: 382.22 sq.metre, survey no.399/1B and survey
no.387 allotted by TNHB, Beasant Division, Chennai.

1. A)Kindly inform whether below items available/ documents(sl.no i to ix) submitted by the allottee in your office and B)supply a copy of
(i) Government allotment order, filled Application form
(ii) provisional allotment order and Regular allotment order,
(iii) Native certificate,
(iv) Address proof document,
(v) Identity proof,
(vi) Age Proof,
(vii) Income certificate or salary certificate,
(v) certificate for which category (Social worker certificate/ unblemished government servant/ defence certificate/very important person in society certificate, central government certificate and other certificates),
(vi) initial deposit Paid Receipts and other amount paid ( till Date) to TNHB
(vii) Lease cum sale agreement
(viii) Allottee permanent account number (PAN) issued by the income tax dept,
(ix) copy of sale deed
submitted in TNHB, Beasent Nagar Division for the plot allotted to DHAYANITHI S/o of M.K.ALAGARI in Sholinganallur village, plot area: 382.22 sq.metre, survey no.399/1B and survey no.387.

2. kindly supply me copies of first approved (by CMDA) layout copy of Sholinganallur (all phase) developed by the TNHB.

3. kindly supply me copies of Revised approved (by CMDA) layout copy of Sholinganallur (all phase) developed by the TNHB. From year 01/01/2005 to 31/07/2011.
