K.V.LEELAVATHI in the TAMILNADU state, Chennai district,  Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk, PERIYA KUDAL village, survey no.5 of 2B, T.S.no.7, block 8,  plot no. 7, door no. 2, second main Road, Shenoy nagar west, Chennai-30. transaction  held in the month of july and August  in the year 2007, Document No. 2762 of 2007, UDS 1095 sq.ft ,  and document no. 2941 of 2007, UDS 50% in 1095 sq.ft, in Sub Register Office Anna nagar. Chennai district

Greater Chennai corporation Property tax assessment number : 08-102-034451, address 3 3 old no.2, Shenoy nagar, 2nd main road, shenoy nagar west, Chennai-30.

 

            In Annual immovable property returns submitted for year 2022 by Shri. Dr.D.Karthikeyan  mentioned as build up area as 1663 sq.ft. In site and in the Greater Chennai corporation Property tax assessment number : 08-102-034451, address: 3 3  old no.2, Shenoy nagar, 2nd main road, shenoy nagar west, Chennai-30.

TOTAL BUILD UP AREA 2540 Sq.ft PERMANENT construction and 340 sq.ft Semi permanent construction. details

Mezzanine floor- 814 Sq.ft PERMANENT

Ground Floor- 166 sq.ft PERMANENT

First floor- 696 sq.ft PERMANENT

Second floor- 864 sq.ft PERMANENT

Second floor- 340 sq.ft Semi permanent

 

 

Kindly take necessary action against the  Shri. Dr. D. karthikeyan IAS, cadre: Tamilnadu, Batch: 1997 disclosed  incorrect build up area in  immovable property presently holding in his name and his wife name  Smt. K.V.LEELAVATHI in his annual IPR submission. And also not disclose 1. Land extent UDS 2. Survey number, 3. Taluk name 4. Village name 5. Building floor details and buildup area. 6. Land cost and 7. Building construction cost.

NOTE: i filling this complaint to President of India because I filed online RTI application in the month of April 2023 to  Public information officer of DOPT, Home Affair, Lokpal commission, Central vigilance commission, Central Administrative Tribunal, MOENF and MOEAF to furnish the name of competent authority, address, email id, to make complaint about All India Service Officer not furnishing information, concealing, hiding about immovable property in their names, spouse, dependent family members in they annual immovable Property Returns submission, Public information officer of DOPT, Home Affair, Lokpal commission, Central vigilance commission, Central Administrative Tribunal, MOENF and MOEAF informed no information available. so I filling complaint to you.
