Sub: Under the RTI Act 2005, sec 6(1) . I request furnish information
About salary, allowance, sitting allowances, benefits, TDS, etc., for member of RAJYA SABHA’s, from 01-01-2006 to 31-05-2011 –regarding.

1. Kindly supply copy of relevant Government order/circular/ proceedings / Act / Rule / resolution, etc., for salary, allowances, benefits increase for member of RAJYA SABHA from 01-01-2005 to 31-05-2011.
2. A). Kindly inform whether TDS reduced from the Salary of member of RAJYA SABHA from year 01/01/2006 to 31/05/2011. If no means B) Kindly supply copy of relevant government order/circular/ proceedings / Act / Rule / resolution, etc., for not reducing the TDS from the Salary of member of RAJYA SABHA .
3. A). Kindly inform whether TDS reduced from the allowance Salary of member of RAJYA SABHA (from year 01/01/2006 to 31/05/2011). If no means B) Kindly supply copy of relevant government order/circular/ proceedings / Act / Rule / resolution, etc., for not reducing the TDS from the Salary of member of RAJYA SABHA.
4. Kindly supply information in compact Disc or any electronic form (monthwise) list containing name of member of RAJYA SABHA , salary drawn/paid, amount of TDS reduced, Pan number of member of RAJYA SABHA , allowances paid (all allowances), benefit given to them, etc., from 01/01/2006 to 31/05/2011.
5. Kindly inform break up details (Basic, DA,HRA, etc.,) of Salary of member of RAJYA SABHA from 01-01-2005 to 31-05-2011.
6. Kindly inform whether Income tax returns or balance sheets of individuals/ organization/ Trust/ Factory/institution, etc., submitted in Income tax department, if the parliament sought the copy of it, whether income tax dept has to supply to Parliament or not.
